Description

### Search before asking

- [X] I searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/paimon/issues) and found nothing similar.

### Motivation

I activated the privilege system.
In our business scenario, I want to collect all executed sql queries of paimon from authorized users for security audit. Does paimon currently support collecting executed sql records? Or is there a solution?

Research direction

The issue does not name any files, tests, or entry points. First clarify the required audit scope, authorization behavior, storage destination, and retention expectations; then identify the existing privilege-system entry points and define tests that demonstrate which authorized-user queries are recorded.
