### Minimal reproduce step

Hive中建外部表读flink 写入的 paimon表数据，创建外部表的时候报权限错误：

在Ranger里已配置了如下权限：

Start by tracing the Paimon Hive external-table and paimonstoragehandler integration; done means Hive can read the existing Flink-written Paimon table without the reported permission error.
