Description

### Search before asking

- [X] I searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-paimon/issues) and found nothing similar.

### Motivation

we are using synchronized data from pulsar to paimon, however, paimon does not support pulser nowadays, and I think to synchronized from pulsar to flink, and store the data into hdfs, while what's the difference between a paimon table and a flink table.
and, anohter way that we need to think about is that use pulsar-kafka-paimon, does paimon-0.5-SNAPSHOT support kafka well currently ? I did meet some wrong when I use kafka to sync data to paimon
