[problem]Other Configs Not Effective

When I use the CDC function and pass parameters to other configurations, these parameters do not take effect. What is the correct format for passing parameters, and how can I make them effective? Is there any documentation available for using the CDC function?

When using the CDC function, can Flink parameters be passed? For example, the default checkpoint interval is 3 minutes. Can it be configured to 1 minute when submitting a CDC task?
