[Feature] Ability to cancel running job from Paimon WebUI

### Motivation

Hey, this is related to this issue which i've experienced too: https://github.com/apache/paimon-webui/issues/538

If a job is submitted through Paimon WebUI and it doesn't return results, this Paimon WebUI tab will hang indefinitely, waiting for results.

### Solution

It would be great if we can cancel the job submitted and/or get a bit more info on its status.
