[enhancement] OzHera Metadata Feature Migration

The feature was previously located within the ozhera-app project. The metadata was actually prepared to better identify the identities of the service client and server during the trace ETL process, hence it is more aligned with the domain of trace-etl. Therefore, we have decided to migrate this feature into the trace-etl.
