[enhancement] Ozhera supports recording input and output parameters in trace data

We are envisioning that by leveraging tracing, supporting the functionality of traffic recording in Ozhera, we can display input and output parameters in Ozhera's tracing data. This capability would be highly beneficial in scenarios where troubleshooting business errors is crucial.
