Open Web Action - possible to read action metadata?

I have an Action that is published as open access web action. Now I would like to see the metadata of the
action in order to see what parameters this action requires. (Much like `wsk action get [action-name]`)

Is this possible? I could not find an url in the documentation allowing me to do so
