Bring back the distributed host file

We can deploy OW in a distributed environment using Ansible.
However, the default configuration only includes a local environment, which can be confusing for users.

A few years ago, we had a dedicated distributed environment directory for the Ansible hosts file. It was later removed because the local environment could also be used for distributed deployments.

That said, I believe it would be beneficial to bring back the distributed environment directory to explicitly indicate that OW can be deployed in a distributed setup. Alternatively, we could rename the default local directory to something more intuitive.
