Description
https://github.com/apache/incubator-openwhisk/pull/3155 added ?count as a query parameter for collections but omitted the swagger bits; it may be necessary to upgrade to swagger 3.0 (https://swagger.io/docs/specification/data-models/oneof-anyof-allof-not/) to be able to support the response.
