See weather or utils or slack for examples of packages that provide sampleInput and sampleOutput annotations on their actions.

These annotations help quite a bit with UX.

Start by reading the cloudant package actions and compare them with the weather, utils, and slack package examples named in the issue. Identify every action that lacks sampleInput and sampleOutput annotations; done means the cloudant actions provide equivalent annotations and the package's existing checks pass.
