Description
It's not clear to me that the API gateway is essential to the deployment of the core OpenWhisk components.
I use an external API gateway, so I'd like to remove the OpenWhisk API gateway from deployments altogether.
Can we make the API gateway optional in these helm charts? Or will that break something I haven't thought of?
