Controller cannot be ready and CouchDB is ok

Description

Hello,
I'm trying to deploy openwhisk on kubernetes with simple docker-based option(mac m1), but the deployment process was not smooth. Now I'm not sure what's wrong with **controller** because of loop between *Running*(not ready) and *CrashLoopBackOff* status.

and I use `kubectl exec` go into couchdb docker, it seems that couchdb is usable.

Thanks in advance for any your hint.
