As mentioned in https://github.com/apache/opendal/pull/5562#issuecomment-2601393520:
The malformed `Etag` causes the `write returns metadata` tests to fail. As a result, I've disabled the `ceph_rados_s3` action for now.
Ceph has already submitted a PR: https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/60477 to address this issue. Once the fix is applied. we can re-enable the action.
