Yandex Disk Test is too slow (up to 30 minutes)

Hi, @hoslo, the test of yandex disk is so slow (up to 20 mintures). Any ideas? Can we switch to other instances?

It's first test (at https://github.com/apache/opendal/actions/runs/8043923020/job/21966828813) only takes 8 mintues, but the time grows quickly.

Start with the linked GitHub Actions run (8043923020), especially job 21966828813, and trace the Yandex Disk test that takes up to 20 minutes. Identify why later test iterations grow slower, then verify that the test completes substantially faster without losing coverage.
