Description
### Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
At the moment nucleo board support is a total mess. I think we should standardize their functionality and what NuttX features they demonstrate.
Some boards also have features added ad-hoc by users to meet user-specific requirements, which seems pointless for upstream boards. Upstream boards should demonstrate OS features, not fulfill user-specific requirements.
After the recent changes in STM32, unification is now possible and it will be possible to use common code for all STM32 boards.
### Describe the solution you'd like
1. specify the features that the boards should demonstrate
2. document standard
3. modify boards
### Describe alternatives you've considered

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by defining the features Nucleo boards should demonstrate and the proposed common standard, then identify the affected board implementations. Done means the standard is documented and the selected boards are modified to follow it.
