Description
This is the continuation of #8839
Once the Photon WiFi goes into sleep mode it does not return to being on-line.
Suspect the issue is tied to the nvram wifi_nvram_image.h file.
I'll attempt to incorporate hints from other sources to see if we can resolve this issue.
