Description
* When documentation contains build errors website update is not possible as both www and doc artifacts are uploaded at the end (see https://github.com/apache/nuttx-website/pull/179 problem).
* Split website build and upload from documentation build and upload.
* This way website update would be possible even if documentation builds occur.
