Description
### Apache NetBeans version
Apache NetBeans 28
### What happened
I have about 70 java project in my "/Users/piv 1/Documents/NetBeansProjects".
I can se all projects in NetBeans 17.
After trying to switch to NetBeans28, I can only see 2 java projects.
Can the "piv " in projects file path be the problem?

Research direction
Start by reproducing the project discovery behavior in NetBeans 28 with the Java Maven projects directory described in the report, then compare it with NetBeans 17 or 24. Check whether the path containing “piv ” affects discovery; done means identifying the cause and restoring visibility of the missing projects.
