Research direction
Reproduce the issue by creating an EJB module using ANT and opening the Message Driven Beans creation dialog, then entering a package name. Investigate the J2EE 1.3 compatibility check behind the red warning; done means the package name can be entered without an incorrect persistent message, or the dialog clearly enforces the required project version.
