Missing letters in filenames and dialogs

### What happened

Seeing a strange issue in the UI on MacOS where the letter 'I' (eye) seems to be dropped off. I see it in the file tree and project config settings and Navigator.

Seems to be only effecting the LAF (Cupertino and Standard - Light and Dark). Nimbus and Metal work fine.

Reproduce the missing-letter behavior in Apache NetBeans 27 on macOS 15 with JDK 21, checking the file tree, project configuration dialogs, and Navigator under Cupertino, Standard, Nimbus, and Metal look and feels. Compare the behavior with NetBeans 26; done means the letter “I” is displayed correctly in the affected UI areas without changing the look and feel behavior.
