Last context menu items can't be selected if menu overlaps with task bar

regression since NB 26, this was fixed in NB 20 (old issue: #5917)


I am using a dual screen setup, same size, side by side. (task bar is only on the left screen which is the primary screen)

Start by reproducing the platform context-menu problem near the bottom of the screen, especially with a dual-screen Linux setup and the task bar on the primary screen. Compare the current behavior with Apache NetBeans 26 and the earlier fix in issue #5917; done means the final menu items remain selectable when the menu overlaps the task bar.
