### What happened
When the Full Screen action is used for the first time everything works correctly, but after going back to normal there are two issues:
1. going full screen again leaves the Windows taskbar to stay visible
2. trying to go full screen or even maximize the window on a different monitor moves the window back to the original monitor
I could only reproduce it on FlatLaf, Metal and Windows look and feels work as expected.

### How to reproduce
1. Open NetBeans IDE (or any platform application) using any FlatLaf look and feel
2. Go full screen and back to normal on monitor 1, everything works as expected so far with taskbar hidden
3. Go full screen again on monitor 1 -> the Windows taskbar stays visible
4. Go back to normal, move application window to monitor 2
5. Maximize window or go full screen again -> application window moves back to monitor 1
6. Switch to Metal LAF -> everything works as expected no matter how many times full screen is used

Tested also on NetBeans 20 and 26, on two different Windows 11 machines with two monitors. With Metal and Windows look and feels everything works as expected, which is why I suspect FlatLaf is causing the issue somehow.
