Description
### Apache NetBeans version
Apache NetBeans 26
### What happened
When I open Find in Projects window the new window is coming always in front but but the Containing Text textbox is not always getting the focus. Sometimes the focus stays at the editor so you type on your code. It is quite annoying!
### Language / Project Type / NetBeans Component
I think is on all supported Languages and Project types I checked it only on Windows machines
### How to reproduce
Open some java code. Press Ctrl+Shift+F and watch if the Containing Text gets focus. Close and repeat...
### Did this work correctly in an earlier version?
Apache NetBeans 24
### Operating System
Windows
### JDK
24.0.2
### Apache NetBeans packaging
Apache NetBeans binary zip
### Anything else
I am not sure if it was working on 24 but I am sure it was working some time ago. I also tested it on 27-RC1 and 27-RC2 and still remains

Research direction
Reproduce the issue in the Find in Projects window with Ctrl+Shift+F on Windows, using the Containing Text textbox and repeating the open-and-close cycle. Trace the Find in Projects window's focus handling and compare behavior across repetitions. Done means the Containing Text textbox consistently receives focus when the window opens, without focus remaining in the editor.
