Navigate to source links to the first available project maven artifact instead of current

### What happened

I have noticed that if the same jar file maven artifact is being used by totally different projects, the "navigate to source" command links to the first available in projects tab. Closing the project that has the same artifact downloaded and the current project becomes the the first available, it links to the right place and opens the jar in current.

Reproduce the issue in Apache NetBeans 24 with two Java Maven projects using the same jar, then start from the Navigate to Source command and inspect how the source artifact is selected across open projects. Done means the command opens the source associated with the current project rather than the first project listed.
