- **Error Message**:- A java.util.ServiceConfigurationError has occurred.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Install the latest version of NetBeans IDE on Windows 11.
2. Install JDK 22.
3. Open NetBeans and create a new Java project.
4. Attempt to run the project.
5. The error java.util.ServiceConfigurationError appears.
Actual Behavior
