Some controls broken in the "Formatting" settings when using FlatLaf with uiScale=1.75

### What happened

I am running NetBeans 21 with a HiDPI screen (4K) using Fedora 40 with KDE (wayland) and I have set `flatlaf.uiScale` to 1.75

With this setting some controls in the options dialog are not working properly. Most importantly "JSpinner" input fields but some regular (short) text fields as well

### How to reproduce

Run NetBeans with the "FlatLaf light" Look & Feel on a 4K screen with KDE 6.0 set to 175% and pass `-J-Dflatlaf.uiScale=1.75` on the command line.

My workaround was to switch to the Nimbus Look & Feel, edit the settings and switch back to FlatLaf

Reproduce the issue in NetBeans 21 using the FlatLaf light look and feel, a 4K KDE display at 175%, and -J-Dflatlaf.uiScale=1.75. Inspect the Formatting settings in the Options dialog, focusing on JSpinner and short text-field controls; done means those controls work normally at that scale without switching to Nimbus.
