Description
### Apache NetBeans version
Apache NetBeans 20
### What happened
Debian 12 linux on x86_64. I installed netbeans 20 using the provided _all.deb using dpkg utility. The new install picked up all the current version 19 configuration. Upon starting a debug session, via php8.2-fpm setup from sury.org, the first breakpoint in index.php occurred as per normal. But was unable to create a breakpoint on any other source code line on any file with click in margin. Doing so produces audible protest beep. Managed to make a visible break point using right click menu dialog (file name , source line number), but no debug break occurred during successful execution. Uninstall of version 20 and re-install of version 19 using v19 _all.deb package with dpkg restored all functionality to expected behaviour of set, reset with click on source code lines, and step, debug break.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the PHP 8.2.14 debugging session with index.php on Debian 12 using NetBeans 20, then compare the same steps in NetBeans 19. Check breakpoint setting, unsetting, and stopping during execution; done means additional source-line breakpoints work as they did in version 19.
