Description
### Description
Currently I am using Windows, I do not find an option in terminal to select which Terminal tools is used in the backend.
It seems it use a Cygwin like shell in the Terminal window, I have installed a Cygwin in my system.
For Windows users, powershell is preferred, and Linux maybe bash is better.
Like IDEA, it is better provide a selectable(dropdown list of all terminal tools that detected by NetBeans IDE) input file box for users to choose it.
