Wrong Preferred Page Language selector EE 10 projects

### What happened

After creating an Ant Jakarta EE 10 web application with JSF framework afterwards the project properties shows a wrong selector for the page language.
JSP should not be there at all for EE 10 because it is deleted in JSF 4.
Only Facelets should be there.

### How to reproduce

Create an Ant web application for Jakarta EE 10 and with e.g. GlassFish Web 7.0.8
Select Java Server Faces as framework
Finish
Go to the properties editor of the project and see the selector for the page language

Reproduce the issue through the Ant Jakarta EE 10 web application setup and open the project properties editor after selecting Java Server Faces. Start at the page-language selector and compare its options with the JSF 4 expectation that only Facelets is available. Done means JSP is no longer offered for this configuration.
