"Copy static resources on save" to Wildfly does not work in Netbeans 19 (and 18) for a (Primefaces) JSF project

### What happened

In (and before) Netbeans 17, when in "project properties" , "Copy Static Resources on Save" was switched on, and anything was changed in a facelets file (.xhtml), this change was propagated to the appropriate "deployment" directory in the Wildfly directory structure. The change was then immediately visible (after a page refresh) in the deployed application in the browser.
This feature does not work anymore in Netbeans 18, and (as I have just tested) in Netbeans 19 and (edited Dec. 4 2023) in Netbeans 20.

Start by reproducing the issue in a NetBeans 18–20 JSF project with "Copy Static Resources on Save" enabled, then compare the behavior with NetBeans 17. Trace how changes to .xhtml facelets are copied to the WildFly deployment directory. Done means an edited facelet is propagated and visible after a browser refresh.
