Add Editor and View Synchronization for Favorites Explorer

It is needed to have the 'Synchronize Editors with Views' feature available on Projects and Files explorer also on the Favorites explorer.

### Use case/motivation

A lot of times ones browse files from Favorites explorer expecially with files or projects not supported by Netbeans.
