### What happened
On Win11 Pro, attempted to create a new cordova project and NB said it can't find Cordova although it's installed.
Went to options -> HTML/JS -> Mobile Platforms and attempted the following:
- Paste the cordova location (FAIL)
- Hit the "Browse" button to manually select the path (FAIL) , "Browse" button doesn't do anything

On Win11 Go to options -> HTML/JS -> Mobile Platforms and Hit the "Browse" button to manually select the Cordova path
