NetBeans terminal - open in the project folder

### Description

When I open NetBeans terminal window at the moment I have open some file from some project, It will helps me, when the terminal will be opened in the root of the project.

Possible way can be with combination of https://github.com/apache/netbeans/issues/4615 if NetBeans propagate the project path into some environment variable into the terminal.
