NetBeans terminal - .bashrc support

### Description

It will be very useful to have a possibility to setup / execute something like `source .bashrc` when the Netbeans terminal start. It will allow to setup paths, custom commands etc.

### Use case/motivation

I want to have loaded PATHS, some of my ENVIRONMENTS and have access for my custom helper functions also in NetBeans terminal
