Description
### Apache NetBeans version
Apache NetBeans 13
### What happened
Document become un-editable, it seems but perhaps 6-7 times a day all my editing tabs lock as if they are read only files and editing function is non-functional.
### How to reproduce
I haven't predictably figured out how to reproduce this as it seems but it may be when I got to another window and go back, I always seem to be busy multitasking when it occurs most.
I have found a reliable way to fix it though is to just right click on the document anywhere and click Find Usages, when the dialog pops up you can cancel it.
Get this on multiple Mac OS X 12.4 PC's but also used to get it less frequently on previous versions on Netbeans in Debian Stretch when I was using that as a daily driver.

Research direction
Begin with the NetBeans 13 editor on macOS 12.4 and JDK 18.0.1, trying the reported window-switching scenario while monitoring when editing tabs become read-only. Use the Find Usages-and-cancel workaround as a comparison; done means the trigger and affected editor state are identified and the read-only lock no longer occurs.
