Description
### Description
I have a project with a huge number of dependencies with above 200+ jars supporting the project. For testing purposes I need to uncheck all imported jars in library window which I need to do manually for all the jars because I could not see a feature for unchecking all jars at once, So if there is a feature for unchecking all jars in one button click, It would be so helpful.
### Use case/motivation
I need a option to uncheck all the imported jars in library window.

Research direction
Start by locating the NetBeans library window and its controls for imported JAR selection. The feature is done when a clearly available action unchecks all imported JARs at once; verify it with a project containing many dependencies.
