Run the project.

Research direction

No source file or test is named. First reproduce the issue with a newly created Java with Maven NetBeans Application project on the listed environment, then trace the shutdown and Running Tasks behavior. Done means exiting the IDE leaves no process running and does not show the Running Tasks dialog.
