Waiting icon on Webservice reference icon after consuming WSDL

### What happened

I have consumed a soap webservice using web service client, in web service reference section consumed WSDL is appearing but not expanding to view operations in it and a waiting icon is also appearing on the webservice, earlier it was also not generating client classes, but I get through that by adding jars from Netbeans libs. Kindly do let me know the steps to fix this issue.
