IDE 13 Download from remote server does not work if folder contains spaces

No files can be downloaded from a remote server from the folder containing spaces

### How to reproduce

Right click on folder that has spaces and select Download...
In files for transfer dialog, no files are listed even though there are existing files.

Reproduce the remote-server Download action in Apache NetBeans 13 on Windows 11 with JDK 17, using a folder whose path contains spaces.
