HCI H:5 (3-wire) for BlueZ

Is there any possibility to use this example https://mynewt.apache.org/latest/tutorials/ble/blehci_project.html with the 3wire (H:5) HCI protocol. This is for nRF52832 hardware connected to BlueZ without hardware flow control.

Start with the linked BLE HCI project tutorial and inspect how the existing HCI transport is configured for the nRF52832 and BlueZ. Determine whether H:5 support without hardware flow control is feasible, then define the implementation scope and a reproducible validation path for that setup.
