Questions concerning turning off BLE (Infintime)

Does nimble provide any function to stop and restart the radio and the ble stack? My purpose is to eventually save power by being able to manually turn off BLE via quick settings and using auto detect so if the pinetime hasn't moved in a certain amount of time it'll turn it off. But also for security, as currently there isn't anything in place to decline pair requests
