As discussed in the context of [another issue](https://github.com/quarkusio/quarkus/pull/24285) it would help people to constantly test and report issues before a release if SNAPSHOTS (and staged releases of course) are more accessible.
Just form a users point of view, if I currently go to https://maven.apache.org/download.cgi I see the current release and I can access older releases but there is no link or hint to upcoming releases.
Even though one could build this from sources, its not always that easy to set that all up, I think it would be useful if there is an automated process that deploys the current SNAPSHOT in an automated way (including the binary release) and on the download page there is a link to this with the hint to help with testing of "previews" or something alike e.g. for maven4 and maven 3.x.
This hopefully makes it more visible and attract users to just try out new versions before the release.
