Clenups old - stale branches

We have many old / stale branches in repo, it can make a mess in many places, like creating PR when we need to choose target branch.

There is a list - I hope we can cleanups some of them:

Start with the stale-branch table in the issue and inspect each branch's linked pull request status before proposing any deletion. Confirm with maintainers which branches are safe to remove; done means the approved stale branches are deleted without affecting open work and the list is updated.
