[MNG-8110] POM name unspecified

The _project_ element's _name_ element is not specified in the {_}POM Reference{_}. The only mention of it is in [the _More Project Information_ section](https://maven.apache.org/pom.html#More_Project_Information), which contains:

> name: Projects tend to have conversational names, beyond the artifactId. The Sun engineers did not refer to their project as "java-1.5", but rather just called it "Tiger". Here is where to set that value.

It should at least indicate whether it's mandatory, and ideally provide examples.

Start with the POM Reference and its More Project Information section, which currently describes the project name. Update the reference to state whether the project name is mandatory and add examples; confirm the wording is consistent with the existing POM documentation.
