Fix Jenkins build

### Bug description

Currently we use in project Maven 4.0.0-beta-3

Jenkins available Maven versions:
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/spaces/INFRA/pages/65148017/Maven+Installation+Matrix

So there is no 4.0.0-beta-3 on jenkins ....

We can ask infra for install or temporally disable jenkins build.

If we need special version we also need add label to:
https://github.com/apache/maven-jenkins-env/blob/master/vars/jenkinsEnv.groovy
