[MNGSITE-401] WTF is a "software project management and comprehension tool"?

This phrase, which we use in many places and which is copied and pasted into a lot of third party content, is meaning-free technobabble. I use it as an example of bad writing in my Tech Writing for Developers Course.

Let's replace it. I suggest "build management tool for Java".
