[MRELEASE-1124] The preparationProfiles are also active during perform

With https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MRELEA[SE-1077](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SE-1077) I introduced the option to specify profiles to be used during the prepare phase.

Turns out that these "prepare" profiles are ALSO used during the "perform" which is not what I intended.
