[MINVOKER-372] invoker plugin behaves differently based on main maven execution

The '-pl :jdbi3-core' value was passed to the invoker plugin.

Start by reproducing the two Maven Invoker command variants shown in the issue, then compare build.log and invoker.properties for test-inline-jar. Trace how MAVEN_ARGS causes -pl :jdbi3-core to reach the Invoker plugin. Done means the same invocation parameters produce consistent integration-test results without incorrectly passing the project-selection value to the plugin.
