Annotation processor logs with `Diagnostic.Kind.NOTE` are not logged when `true` is used.
To reproduce: Checkout the `mavenPluginTests` branch of https://github.com/mensinda/quarkus-stuff/tree/mavenPluginTests (despite the name of the repo, no quarkus stuff or any external dependencies are used) and run `{}mvn clean compile{`}.
